We lived there for about 6 months and we enjoyed it. Overall the apartment is nice, not too big. It does not come with W/D but it comes with the hookups. The location is good and very convenient, close to everything. We had some problems with noisy neighboors upstairs, the insulation is not that great! I think the parking isn't very good because if you have more than one car, it is hard to find another spot close by the apt. We used to live in the building in front of the clubhouse so it was very hard to find spots there at anytime... Careful with people who drive way too fast on the parking lots! Maintenance did a good job overall. Grounds are kept very nice, especially during spring! If you live especially on the bottom floor, watch out for little bugs on the floor. My brother-in-law who still lives there, is renting a top floor unit and he said that the bugs were there too... it's good to have a pesticide handy! I can't say that is a problem in the community because I've seen those around houses and other apts. too, so don't worry about that. Anyways, overall it is a nice little community. We recommend it!
