Moved in 2007 but wasn't hear for about two years, would come back for short stays but my roomie here the whole time. Didn't realize it was bad until I came back and I heard and seen everything for myself. At first management seemed to listen to your concerns. That ended in 2008 when management changed, and it seems everything changed. Management claims that the units are sound conditioned. I don't think they know what that means. If you have inconsiderate neighbors you hear everything; washers, children running up and down stairs, children playing outside. Which brings me to another matter, aren't there regulations on how many people can live in a certain amount of space. Have seen families of 5 or more, there are only 1 and 2 bedrooms in this complex. Since the new management took over, there have been raids of certain units. Full force swat teams. If you report anything to management, they claim they can't do anything or tell you that you're harrassing others too. So, if you like awaking up in the middle of the night to find cops in the street, hearing your neighbor's every move, and dealing with bad customer service from management this is the place for you.
