I just moved in not one week ago and I've already had the worst experience!!! When I took the walk through the place looked and smelled clean, so I was happy with it. Not 2 days after I moved in, the place started to smell like cat urine and cigarette smoke. I imediatly brought this to managment's attention and they were NO HELP AT ALL!!! After a week of fighting with them to please help me out, they offered to put in new carpet with a small fee of an extra $20 a month on top of what I'm already paying for rent!! If I didn't want that, they also gave me the option of moving out, but would have to keep my $400 deposit. I moved in 7 DAYS AGO!!! Give me a break! Like, are you kidding me''' You knew the previous owners smoked and said nothing to me about it. Perhaps I should have asked, but the place didn not smell at all, so I didn't even think to ask! All you did was mask the smell for a couple days to get someone in there and then leave them with the impossible task of cleaning up the mess I did not make!! So, if you feel like getting screwed, I suggest moving in to Windmill Cove.
