Experence is terrible The manager is so big......, you have to be careful to deal with them,when you move in , you better take pictures everywhere, otherwise you can get a huge bill when you move out.IF you want to live there , buy a rental insurance to protect you.

Legend @ Riveroaks Apartments I have lived at the Legend at Riveroaks Apartment for 6 months. I have been extremely surprise how fast I put a work order in and how fast someone is there to replace the problem. Lets just say my last apartment took six months to fix my dish washer.
