Promontory Point 67% Recommended Apr 21 2008: I lived in Promontory for 8 months. As far as apartments go it was okay. My main disappointment was in the maintenance. The gym is not well kept. Someone stole the pins for the weights, so half the gym is Falls at Hunters Pointe 50% Recommended Apr 12 2008: Our family has really enjoyed living at The Falls. We moved in a few years ago and now we're spoiled and won't leave! The location is prime! Everything you could ever want or need is just around the corner. I shared this apartment with some other people and I have to say that these apartments are not as cracked up as people may say they are.
