I disagree with an anonymous reviewer who rated this property poorly.The property is very well kept up.The leasing office staff and maintenence are wonderful.All maintenence requests are handled in a timely manner and emergencys promptly.When my heater broke they came at midnight to fix it and stayed until the job was done at 4am.A garage which comes with each apartment makes life easier in the winter when it snows.
There is nothing nicer in the entire salt lake valley,especially at these prices.Its a great value for your money.
Shopping,restaurants are nearby and right off I-15 provides easy access to other parts of the valley including downtown and the airport.
Trax,the light commuter rail which goes downtown is only 5 minutes away.
