Not a bad deal for the price... No smoke/pets on the premises. If you can live with that, then this is a great place to live. CHEAP RENT, clean community, courteous neighbors.

Great neighborhood, no crime, cheap! I lived here a few years ago and it was a wonderful place to live. The townhomes are twin-homes with the only shared wall being the garage wall which was really nice. The rent at the time was under $550 per month for 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/2 full car

Don't Move Here.. If you live here you will be hit with inspections non stop. They want the homes to look as though nobody live in them and can and do give you notice to vacate if you do not meet their personal idea of clean. Garage...worthless..you cant put anything in them! You MUST be able
