Worst staff I ever seen

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This apartments looks OK, But every thing else sucks. Mannerless staff makes this apartments harrible to move out. They have too many rules to break the lease or move out.
They never understand tenant problems.. Staff is so rude and no professionalism
