Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The ladies in the leasing office are nice and friendly until you move in. They will lie to you, and treat you with NO respect. They also periodically raise your rent. The apartments are decent, so as long as you never have to deal with the women at the leasing office (ever change a roommate, have a problem with the air conditioning, etc.), you'll be fine.
