You might as well sign your life away with the lease agreement. It is impossible to get out of, which defeats the whole purpose of living in an apartment. The girls in the sales office can be rude and pretty much useless. Other than that the actual apartments and grounds are nice, but it doesnt make up for the hassle you are getting yourself into.
