We have rented here for over a year and a half all 3 times we have had to renew our lease; it has been the worst experience ever. The staffs in the office are pointless. They say, "Let me check with Michelle - Apartment manager" (who has now been fired due to bad service skills! Good ridden.) Our questions and concerns are never answered. We are only told that Rent must go up. "It's a corporate decision." Yeah right.

They say that the apartments are sound proof, Yeah right! My neighbor below us pounds on his ceiling following me around as I walk. It's a joke! I am captive in my own apartment afraid of walking around. But the management with out any surprises doesn't do anything. But place letters on our clip on our door warning us of our "noise after hours!" They do never understand.

For the environmentalists out there, they waste gallons and gallons of water. Every morning as I would work out, the Maintenance men hose down the swimming pool area for over an hour! Even when the state was in a drought did they think to turn off the sprinklers or stop hosing down the cement' NO.

Make sure that you can fulfill your lease. There is no way of getting out...not if your life depended on it!

People who live there have wanted to picket outside the office on a busy Saturday to warn away new tenants. Because the staff smooths you over with all the nice amenaties, and then once you sign your done for!


Suggestion..keep looking..it's not worth the money!
