The first few months that I lived in my apt were fine until the people under us moved and the new neighbors moved in. There was constant loud music at ALL hours of the night and I was told that the neighbors had "special circumstances" so they were unable to fix that problem. The neighbors also shot fireworks off their balcony at the parked cars and the person that lived above us could have had a bowling alley in her apt from all the noise she made. We complained several times about the noise, nothing ever happened.
In addition, if there was ever a problem that was to be had with a staff memeber, it was always my fault as a tenant for not understanding what was told to me. I was made to feel dumb and it just seemed to hard for the employees to stop their chit chatting and help a tenant with an apt problem. I would never recommend this apt complex or any other such Fairstone apts to anyone. Not even someone I hated!!!
