This community suits me and my wife great. Their facilities are convenient,updated and not crowded. The general feel I get from my neighbors and from my experience here is that it is a great place to live as long as I do what you aremeant to. I have never recevied a fine or a fee. Last summer when I was unsure if I was moving or not, the staff went over my options early and answered any questions I had as I went along. Nothing has been a surprise because I paid attention when I signed my lease and when they explained it to me. Overall a great experience here.
