We moved in in November. Since then I've had stuff thrown at my car and balcony from people getting drunk. I have had my car broke into and stereo stolen. Kids from the apartment constantaly ride their skateboards up and down the hall. People let their dogs on their balconys and let them bark through the nite. Management are -------s, I have made complaints about these things and nothing has been done. You have to pay extra for a car port, and storage unit. My wife was currently in the hospital and my rent was a day late and when I tried to explain this to management they basically told me they wanted a money order for rent plus $80 for it being late. I am currently having a lawyer look over my lease agreemnet to get us out without paying fees.
