I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. It was a horrible experience living there. One person on the staff would say one thing, a second would deny it. For example, I was told that I would get my additional deposit back towards my rent after 1 year if I signed a lease for longer than 1 year. For that reason I signed an 18 month lease, then was denied my deposit. Also, upon moving out, they charged me immense amounts for things that were not wrong or were that way when I moved in. I have never had a worse moving out experience then I did with the Fairstone staff. Also, they add so much on to the base price for rent, it was completely unreasonable what they charged for the living that they offered.
