$50 if you're a day late with rent. more for every day you're late. They recently changed their policy of having to give 60 days notice to move out (changed to standard 30) It took a change in management to get that. Read the lease agreement carefully!

They are newer apartments and honestly that's the greatest thing about them. You'll get the normal complaints about noise and theft but it's no worse than anywhere else. If you're picky about the condition of the apartment when you move in then these are the apartments for you.

Parking can be bad depending on where you are. I have seen it where there were only a couple parking spots left in the whole complex, although that's very rare. You can get an assigned covered parking space for a monthly fee (a big fee) or a garage (for a much bigger fee)

It's in an unusual location, behind corporate buildings, next to the interstate. This also means that you can get anywhere in the valley very quickly.

Note: new management has increased prices so what I'm paying is less ($50) than a potential resident these day. Probably still a good price for what you're getting.
