I recently moved into this place back in August. The inside of the apartments are well kept. We received new countertops and carpets in our apartment before we moved in. The utility costs are average, and as long as my roommates and I turn off lights and conserve energy, our bill is not bad. Living on the top floor, we have only had to turn on our heat a few times. It is quiet and in a perfect location. They do have a bit of a water problem on the lawn, but I think part of that comes from the fact that it sits next to the Jordan River, so the ground is already wet from seeping. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
