i lived in many "luxury apartments" i can tell you for sure
Fair Stone isn't one of them. Like many complex, the Exterior at
Fairstone are well maintained, but go inside, though is not
trashy, but given the price you pay($750-850 1bedrm)you
expect more. I never asked but i think the complex were
built back in mid 90s then remodoled.
The neighbors are okay, most normally quite.
Be mindfull of rediculous fee such as, washer and dryer conection fee/ having
your own satelite fee. ETC
Watch you step when walking on grass (dOg Chit)
In conclusion the place is okay but again they are OVERPRICED
for what they have to offer.
