They advertised as being a corporate apartment complex able to offer fully furnished apartments. They did that, but not with out many many headaches on our part. The furniture is cheap, and the kitchen package is worse than what you would use in a college dorm. The manager and the ladies who work at the office are rude and unprofessional. As many other people have reported the dog owners living there are not responsible pet owners. The courtyard area near my apartment is full of dog poop, it is disgusting. I cringe to let my son play outside because there is so much dog poop. When I called to complain, they basically said there is nothing they can do besides printing a reminder to "pick up your dog poop" in the newsletter.

The dishwasher in my apartment is a piece of junk, dishes come out dirty. When I called to complain they suggested that I use Jet-dry to help. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it, but I still have to hand wash dishes after they go through the dishwasher.

They have been slow with snow removal and salting through out the complex. I leave for work around 9 am every morning and 99% of the time, if it has snowed, the snow has not been removed by that time.

The walls are thin, we can hear the people next door and upstairs.

During the summer, the lawn is extremely overwatered, leaving much of the grassy area swampy. And the water that they use for the lawn often smelled so bad taht I had to close my windows

The playground areas are not well maintained. On our second day there my son was stung by a wasp while playing at one of the playgrounds. I found that there was a wasp nest on one of the toys. When I reported it the lady in the office said, "oh yeah, we know, some other kids have been stung too".

Fairstone is way OVER PRICED!! When we resigned our lease they increased our rent by $200. When I asked why they could only say that the market justified an increase in rent. Right now a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is going for about $900. Trust me Fairstone is NOT worth it. We will be moving as soon as we can!!

First of all I am in a corporate unit and it is very nice. Im not sure what this person is talking about with the furniture being cheap and its worse than college dorm! Has she ever lived in college dorm for real!! We were offered a couple of choices when we moved in either the standard package or if we wanted to choose our custom package we could do that...we did choose to up grade a few thing at our own expense...of course hello!!! nothing is for free!! These apartment are very nice and kept up very well. The dishwasher yes maybe you do have to rinse the dishes before putting them in but dont we all that...and remember a dishwasher is really only for sanitation purposes only. I have never had a problem with the snow removal I have always been able to get in and out and I to leave for work around 9:00 am also. The manager and the leasing staff are very nice and very professional and always very friendly!! I really dont know where this resident gets that they are not! Oh and also just remember to pay your rent on time they do have late fee that will be charged to your account if you pay later than the 6th. As we were apartment shopping most apartment communities only give you until the 3rd and you are late on the 4th. I highly reccommend Fairstone!!

Please note, one can tell when management is posting a review. It's very unprofessional and immature. A wise person will be able to see through good/bad reviews by research. Let the great property and professionalism of the staff speak for itself by simply being great. No need to get defensive if you're confident of yourselves.
