1.The rent is way too high for not having a covered parking/carport. A carport costs an extra $25.
2.Their Gas bill is included in the rent extremely high! Much higher than it cost when I paid directly to the energy company in my previous apartment.
3.Lot of hidden fees!
4.The lawns are over watered and almost a swamp and they are covered in dog poop.
5.Some of the neighbors are downright seedy.
6.I have heard of car break ins.
7.The management are a bunch of -------. On 02/12/2008 those ------- came and searched all the apartments in our block; there was a cop with them. They gave reason #5 for their action; in order for the seedy ones not to feel bad, I think they searched everyone. After this review I will begin filling a complaint with the ACLU.
8.Their snow removal is the worst I have ever seen (I have been living in various apartments for the past 5 years!)
9.Their maintenance crew is not very helpful.

Ok so lets get things straight here. first off you're an idiot. a carport is only $15.00. i got mine way back like a year ago and then dropped it in the summertime and got one again in the fall and the price was the same. Perhaps you should know your facts before you open the gapping hole in your head. Gas is "extremely high"? Well did you forget to factor your gas bill includes all of the heat in your apartment. often people forget that any laundry you do or when you run your dishwasher you're using the heat aka water heater which is your gas bill. so unless your bill is more than $70.00 a month quit your complaining! wow i bet it'll be a real hit of reality when and if you ever get into your own house. and what hidden fees are you talking about. I am a very thorough person, due to a bad dealing which was my fault, so i read all of the paperwork they gave me and there was absolutely not any hidden fees. once again don't blame your stupidity on on others. oh and the "swamp problem" you're on the jordan fricken river!! of course there is going to be some water problems. maybe you should've done more research about where you chose to live rather than blame it on the complex. no place is going to be perfect, duh, its an apartment! the "bithces" you refer to..well if i had to deal with you and stupid people like you, i might come off as a ----- as well. maintenance they are awesome! at least it doesn't take them weeks like at other place to respond. they get to you usually within a day so come on. oh and one more thing. the snow?? your in utah!!! maybe you've never heard, but at 4:00 am in the morning i heard them plowing. so as i've said before, don't blame others for your stupidity. take some responsibility for where you live!! after all you chose to live here didn't you?????

Please note, one can tell when management is posting a review. It's very unprofessional and immature. A wise person will be able to see through good/bad reviews by research. Let the great property and professionalism of the staff speak for itself by simply being great. No need to get defensive if you're confident of yourselves.

There are two things I agree with this review. Car break ins and dog poop. The gas bill is much higher than what I used to pay in my previous apartments, but this has been a much colder winter than the previous two, so I give the apartment the benefit of doubt. The snow clearing is pretty mediocre and leaves a lot to be desired, though I have seen better and worse at other apartments I lived in.

you are right, this place is WAYYYYYYY too over-watered. even if it's pouring, they don't turn off the sprinklers! the trees up-root in the lightest breeze due to OVER-WATERING!!!!!!!
