Today I gave my 30 days notice to leave Fairstone and I couldn't be more sad. We moved here back in September and I had no issues whatsoever with the apartment. We received our apartment clean, with new carpet and the management made their best to accomodate our requests when we moved in (even installing a washer/dryer for us the same day!). I didn't have any maintenance requests, mostly because we try our best to keep things clean and working properly. We are now moving to Denver, Colorado and I know for a fact we will be missing Fairstone. This is a very quiet community, we didn't have problems with parking, crimes or dog poop like others have claimed. They do have a cleaning crew that is daily running around the entire complex making sure it is clean. The management team is extremely friendly and when we had a family emergency and our rent was a little late, they were very understanding. We were never mistreated by them, quite the opposite, the girls are always so friendly!

Conclusion: I had a great time at Fairstone and I would definately rent here again if we ever come back to Utah. It was a great experience!
