First of all the rent is way to high for the area that it is in and for how small the apartment is.. I mean come on, I'm moving to daybreak getting a brand new Townhouse with 3 bedroom 2 bath 1300 sq feet for only $900 a month, and I'm not wasting my money into a place like this. Then we have the staff, their nice but they have no real understanding for their tenants, they just want you in then out, they don't really try to get to know you as a tenant, your just another number on their door. Also the covered parking costs $25 extra when it should be included, like most apartments, their included. Another thing is it's like they don't clean anything before you move in, like the sink its been clogging ever since we moved in and I even used drain-o in the sink more than twice and that didn't even work. This place is just a hassle, some good things is that we had no real problems with bugs or spiders, and that's about it. So overall no I would never tell any of my friends about this place, we have actually told our friends to never even look at this place. Fairstone needs to lower their prices.
