Paid $300 dollars for "pet deposit". Paid $25 dollars a month for a pet as well. When I moved out they wanted to charge me money for every little thing claiming pet damage. When I asked why the $300 dollars doesn't cover it they said that only $150 is used towards damage, the other $150 is just a fee. Wow. I'm not sure if this is standard everywhere else, but my last apartment didn't try to bankrupt me.
Dogs are everywhere not on leashes and there is dog poop everywhere. Not everybody seems to clean up and they don't pay anybody to come clean up either. I couldn't let my son play outside for fear of being either mauled or covered in poop.
They water the lawn way too much in the summer time. It is like a swamp.
Service fees. What extra services are they providing' I didn't get anything but a place to live in.
You don't get covered parking standard. It is an extra fee.

i have to agreee that mander. management do care about ther propert. the leash law is not inforced. if your dog has to go outside and poohp and if some one from they manager or leass or mantince catchs you it a 50.00 fine on yor rentbill
