My boyfriend and I moved in her last year and have lived here for a year. We absolutely love it here. It is one of the most quiet apartments we have lived in. The staff is always so friendly. The only maintenance problem we ever had was that our disposal stopped working but the maintenance people showed up withing a half hour after we called them. This is also a very safe community. I am a young twenty year old female and I am home alone a lot and I have never had any issues with being unsafe. There is a security car that drives around the complex all night so that is very nice as well. The only complaint that I would have would be that the price was a little bit to high for a one bedroom apartment, but since we were such good residents, at the end of our one year lease they were actually willing to lower the price! We love it here and would recommend it to anyone! Hope this review is helpful. One thing that we learned is that everyone has different experiences in apartments. Before we moved into these apartments we read lots of reviews that were bad and almost didn't move in. We are glad that we didn't base our decision off of the bad reviews because we really loved it here!!!

I'm glad this couple had a good experience. They were lucky. It depends who your neighbors end up being. One nearby apartment had drug users and suppliers. They abandoned their lease early and trashed the apartment. The nearby residents were glad to see that they left. We smelled pot outside their doorway a few times. Loud parties, loud music until 3:00 a.m. (constantly), trash and butts left in breezeways. Amazing that these people had absolutely no consideration for the community. My fear is that what cannot be collected from tenants like this due to damage and late rent and fees is absorbed and passed on to new tenants and existing tenants. The coplexes bill averaging is scarry and unpredictable.
