I lived in several apartments in many states in US for past 5 years. I have to tell you - this is the worst apartment management that I have seen. When I went there to sign the lease, I fell for all the sugar coated promises and later realised that nothing is in writing. My job demands that I be in the move if required and I specifically asked them about the lease breakage terms. They gave me sweet options and I was so excited, I didnt bother to read the agreement. But when I had to move, they gave me a figure of approx 5K to break the lease. First ever experiance in 5 yrs, in 4 different states. Apart from that, the toilet bowl, bathtub and dish washer were dirty when I entered th apartment. Old appliances in the apartment do not work properly. Pet poop all over the premises. No place to store your boxes and they dont allow that in the patio, and when i asked where do I keep my moving boxes, they gave me the option to dump it - what a gtenerosity!!! This place is not worth for the rent they charge. I am out of this place and do not recommend to anyone.
