I lived in Fairway for a year with my boyfriend and have never been in a complex that is so unsafe and unsanitary. Here's many reasons why I do not recommend this complex:

. Weird smells were coming out of the water heater closet and all they did was put foil around the holes to cover up the smell. They said that it happens a lot.

. The car port lights were out and cars kept getting broken into. My boyfriend reported it to the office every day for two weeks before they turned the lights back on.

. Next door neighbors were loud, noisy and even required the police to be called for domestic violence.

. Unknown people would come to my door late at night and tell me that they saw me walk into my apartment and wanted to meet me. I stopped answering the door at all times of day when I was home alone.

. Woman was murdered in the middle of the day.

. Police are there constantly because of drugs and domestic disturbances. They patrol the complex.

. My laundry was stolen twice.

. The billiards room was supposed to be open in November of 2005 after a remodel, but it still wasn't open when we moved out in June 2006. Management, however, were still able to completely remodel their office very quickly.

. Cleaning the apartment before move out was disgusting. I could tell that it wasn't cleaned before we moved in.

. Management only cares about your money. They are rude and unhelpful.
