I moved into Fairway a few months ago and I really like it here. I have read many of the reviews and disagree. The office staff have been so pleasant and willing to work with me. I am coming from a pretty bad personal experience and they were so decent. The leasing lady gave my son some paper and markers to draw while I was busy signing my lease. Any problems I have had have been fixed by maintenance the day I report it. Your home is what you make it. The location is good, and I feel safe.
