I have lived here a year and I am thankful my lease is finally up. I admit this place has gotten better with the new management but it still is an unsafe environment. I still get woken up at the break of dawn with loud base outside my window, I still have random people coming up to my apartment or in the parking lot asking me for "matches to light there insents" and I have had my vehicle vandalized with beer cans left on the hood. I know this place is cheap, but you honestly get what you pay for.
