Since day one, I have had nothing but problems with Fairway. My apt wasn't even ready the day I was "guaranteed" to move in. NOTHING was clean, the air conditioner was hanging out of the ceiling, and there were huge leaks. I had to reschedule all my movers and clean the whole apt myself. I was credited money, but not nearly what I should have been. Every time something has gone wrong, I do not receive the help I should. Or if I do it is completely late. I pay for a "parking space" that I rarely get to park in because someone else is always in it. When reported nothing is done. I would not recommend anyone living here. I can't wait for my lease to be up.
