We like these apartments pretty well, but smoking is very much allowed, and where I live, we are surrounded by smokers. Unfortunately, we can often smell it inside our laundry and bathroom areas. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty safe area. They have a playground, pool, gym. Management has been good to work with, and they are VERY up on keeping bugs out- they have orkin come around once a month to apply bug repellent stuff.
