The rent here is cheap for a reason, and it's not even worth the cheap price. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors' every word and move, appliances are cheap, floor plans are cramped and poorly laid out, can smell cigarette smoke through vents, neighbors are hoodrats, manager Tracy not friendly and slow to respond to maintenance issues. Don't rent here. I made a mistake by doing it.
