I have lived here for a while and every year things get worse. They say they have security but the -------- that live here still play their music so loud both day and night you can't think much less sleep or enjoy quiet. They talk loud too. The paper-thin walls and flooring let in every sound possible. I've even sent a letter to their parent company. Nothing changes. Management is OK. Parking stinks because there are old cars that never move and nothing is done about it. I've seen gang-bangers throughout the apartment complex. Safety' Don't go out after dark. Contract terms are unfair. Rent has gone down but given the class of people they let stay here, it's no wonder. Do yourself a favor. Take the Money and Run!
