Very happy at Summerwood Apartments - I have read all the negative comments about Summerwood Apartment. I do not understand the frustration. When asking to get something repaired, it mostly happens within 24 hours. Honest review I don't know what the last reviewer was talking about!!! I have lived here over five years, and if I had a problem (very few) it was handled in a timely and VERY professional manner. I have nothing....nothing but good things to say about the management and about the apartments

Good, Not Great The Summerwood apartments are good for the price. We chose this place for both the size and the close proximity to most stores. It really is convenient having so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. It's also very close to 215, which is very convenient.

I don`t recommend SW Apartments to anyone I had several horrible experiences at SW. Just want to mention the worst. I used to have police in front of my door every other week just for running the dishwasher after 9 pm (neighbors down were claiming that we are wrestling).

Not a bad place to live I lived hear from March 2009 to May 2010. parking was never a huge issue. the walls are a little thin but the residents are pretty quite. the grounds are landscaped ever monday but there is alot of dog waste in the grass everwhere. I always felt safe and it's well light.

UGH When i moved here it was nice. But once i received a bill for my rent i had to pay 25. dollar set up fee and there after 8.00 a month for billing. Also i have to pay for a covered parking, what kind a crap it that. Also thin walls, this crazy person that lives up stairs is so noisy.

I have lived in tons of apartments and have never been in one quite so bad..the mangers are very rude and self centered ...their maintence sucks and never gets anything done when it should me they are the most filthy and gross apartments and unsafe place you can possibly live in

Fairway Apartments Do not move here. I have had so many problems. First when I move in there was a big hole in my shower. It took them a month to fix. Then my tub was not level it still keeps ripping the caulking off the walls. The list goes on and on. They love to tow your vehicle for --------
