Fairway Apartments 36% Recommended Apr 15 2008: Do not ever move here! I've lived here for almost 2 years and i'm so happy my lease is almost up! Management is horrible! They dont do anything about noise complaints. I have 8 people living above me in a Summerwood Apartments 67% Recommended Apr 14 2008: I absolutely love the neighborhood, the easy access to the highway, and the surrounding businesses. I have never had any problems with any of my neighbors, but I can hear every step the tenants above me make. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors' every word and move, appliances are cheap, floor plans are cramped and poorly laid out, can Fairway Apartments 36% Recommended Mar 06 2008: Since day one, I have had nothing but problems with Fairway. My apt wasn't even ready the day I was "guaranteed" to move in. NOTHING was clean, the air conditioner was hanging out of the ceiling, and there were huge Fairstone at Riverview 41% Recommended Feb 21 2008: I HAVE LIVED AT FAIRSTONE FOR 2 YEARS THIS IS THE BEST PLACED I HAVE LIVED.
