When my husband and I first moved in, it was a decent place to live for the price. Within the past 3 months though, it has really gone downhill. Residents smoke in the stairwells and on the doorsteps (prohibited) and our neighbors contstantly bast their heavy metal music at all hours. After complaining several times to management, nothing has been done to resolve the problem. The residents moving in also seem to be very dirty. Garbage and debris is left all over and diapers are thrown on top of the car ports. Technically pets aren't supposed to be allowed, yet dogs are all over. If management would screen the prospective residents, and uphold hte rules, then it might once again be a decent place to live. Until then, Don't move in. Its just not worth it.
