This apartment was the worst. For the price we paid for rent you would expect so much more.There was trash everywhere and maint. never fixed anything right. The staff was short anf rude with us. We also were not from utah and had no idea how horrible this place was. We paid monthly for a parking spot that was always either taken by someone who didnt care or obstructed by some sort of construction project.there is so much trash and glass everywhere I had 4 different incidents where I had a screws,glass,nails etc. in my tires.

I lived there and they always took up parking spaces to poor dirt, rocks or whatever else they needed. Like parking wasn't hard enough to find there!!
