The apartments are poorly maintained, i.e. closet doors fall off of hinges, cabinetry is warped and discolored, foundation of buildings is cracked allowing water to enter the apartments, peeling paint on exterior of buildings. The grounds of the complex are frequently littered with trash and broken glass. There have also been problems with mice in the past. Have you ever smelled a dead, decaying mouse' Not pleasant I assure you. Maintenance is very non-responsive to residents concerns/complaints and will only do the absolute minimum to correct any problems.
I am not from Utah and so was not aware of these problems and the general uncleanliness of the complex prior to my move in.
I would definitely not recommend Broadmoor Village to anyone.
