My husband and i have been living in Broadmore for almost 8 months and have experienced nothing good. The prices started out good, but when it came time to re-new they jacked up the price by a hundred dollars and then tried to tell us that they gave us a deal when we first signed. They are now trying to charge more for older apartments with less space. There is mold constanly growing in the bathroom that I can only scub so much. It looks as though they tried to use paint to cover where spackel should be in the bathroom areas. In all the rooms the paint on the walls is so thick that when I took down some shelves it pulled off layers of paint. The property does not respond quickly and if you ask me only one person in the whole leasing office knows what the heck they are doing. All the others are airheads. Parking sucks and as said many times, there is no lighting. Oh and if you like living in "little mexico" then this is the place for you.
