Parking:
Needed two spaces, they wouldn't give us two. We were even willing to pay extra. Plus there would usually be some Ghetto low rider parked in my spot. I would have to wait for it to leave. Not to mention and long key scratch I got the 2nd week in there and the paint smudges from some idiots car door.
Noise level:
Not bad, except for the 3 kids upstairs playing a game what I like to call, "Jump on the floor". It sounded like these children didn't know how to walk properly and were just stomping around. Plus a lot of loud music from other areas around the complex.
Grounds:
Nice, but often found empty cans of Bud and clumps of dog crap on the walk ways. And sometimes on our patio area.
Safety:
Besides the nightly visits from a police car and the registered sex offender two complexes down, I thought it was pretty safe.
Construction:
Poorest built apartments ever. We had a leak in the ceiling, which ran down the walls, making our carpet extrememly wet. The kitchen sink froze during the winter, which at the time was about 40 degrees outside. Bugs seem to find there way into the apartment like they live there.
Maintenance:
This was ok, but they never really fix anything the first time around. It usually took 2-3 times. (The leak continued even after they said they had fixed it).
Office staff:
Not bad, sometimes rude. But there is a new lady there that really seems like she wants to make a difference. Who knows how long that will last. She doesn't really have much to work with.
Overall:
If you are looking for extremely cheap houseing and don't mind ghetto or trashing complexes with a whole bunch of kids running around. Then this is the place for you. Otherwise, maybe get off your wallet and look for something a little better and not some trashy.
