Sure it's easy to get into. But it's not worth it in the long run. Right after I moved in the problems started. The grounds are not kept up, their is not enough parking, my car was vandalized (they wouldn't even take a complaint about that), the pool area is dirty, the maintenance people will not fix anything (the water hooks up to the washer leaked, the garbage disposal didn't work worth a damn, the dishwasher kept breaking down, not one draw would stay closed, the toilets ran all the time.) the management staff is rude and can not keep their paperwork straight (they tried to jack my rent up before my lease was over and they where saying that my lease was due 3 months before it actually was and they were going to start charging me 100.00 dollars more a month.) when you move out they will try and blame the resident for the stuff that didn t work in the first place or damage that already existed, like paint on the ceiling fan, my downstairs tub did not have a plug, it never had one, but they tried to charge me for that. The floor plans are terrible, there is no storage space in the apartments, and you really don t have a private porch or patio. The walls are thin so if you have noisey nieghbors or if they have kids you will hear everything. They are way over priced for what you get (which isn't much). There is no hottub, the management kept saying they were going to install one, but in two years that turned out to be an empty promise. Believe me this dump is not worth living in.

My name is Rikki. I am the Community Manager here. I often check Apartment Ratings. Broadmoor Village has 348 apartment homes. There are only a few negative responses about our large community. We have a great maintenance team. Three of them have been here over 10 years. We have a goal to complete 90% of our work orders within 3 hours. There are those times when we get numerous work orders called in within a short period of time in which completing them may take slightly longer, or if we have to order an additional part and come back to repair. I always take it personally when I hear a resident or a past resident mention that the staff or myself was "rude". I try daily to be kind. I am a huge beliver in customer service. There are clarical errors that do happen in any business and if one happens here we jump on it right away and are certain it is corrected. Broadmoor's walls are actually built with great quality. In an apartment community you do have joining walls and if residents are being loud you will be able to hear it just as in a hotel or any other building along those lines. The town homes (two bedroom 1 1/2 bath) are built with less storage then any other floorplan. The other three floorplans we have here each have an additional storage as well as a front patio and back patio. I am sorry this resident feels as though Broadmoor Village is a dump. We were built in 1985 and since have done many upgrades to our community. the interiors are all being remodeled with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances and even plumbing and flooring and paint is all new! The rents are very competative within this market and even less then most communities. I would love to have had the chance to speak with this resident to see if there was anything that I could do to make this a better home for this individual.
