We moved here in July 2007 from Southern California. The staff, especially Ricki, were extremely helpful and friendly and the apartment was ready nice and clean a day before we were expected to move. We moved in on June 30 and they did not charge for that day. They actually started charging fron July 1. We found a problem with the heater on a saturday night and the maintenance staff was there on a Sunday morning! When you walk into their office, you see all smiling faces, ready and happy to help you. Samantha and Rita are all very nice people in the office. The only problem I would say is the parking if you come too late in the night. It is very close to Jordan landing, Bangerter Highway, and there is a clinic close by too. I would not recommend Columbia school or other schools in the vicinity for kids, but you can always get special permission to go to a South Jordan school which are within 5 miles. Rent is reasonable too. i would be happy to give you more details if you need.

Thank you for this nice comment. It's great to read a positive comment! Parking can be difficult to find late hours in the front of the community. That is a valid downfall. We have plenty extra parking near the back of the community. West Jordan is a great area! Jordan Landing is AWESOME TOO!!

Ha ha coming from someone that lived in Southern California. No wonder you think this place was nice...I think this place might be nice compared to somewhere in LA yeah...but for Utah standards, THIS PLACE IS A DIVE!!!
