Hard To recommend at the Price

We've been living in a 3 bedroom apartment for a year and a half. Rent when we started was about $880, now its $949 and when our lease is up it will be $1049. The price is too high for what you get. This includes NO utilities so you will also be getting a sewar/garbage/water bill that is $50-$70 if you have 5 in your family.

Maintenance is OK if you talk to the right person you can get things done. If you talk to the wrong person it will never happen. There playgrounds are grouped together at the south end of the complex, so if you are near the north you've got quite a walk to get there. There is no hot tub and there may never be one. I've never seen an exercise room or anything else. The pool is fun though.

It's hard to recommend this because the price is just too high and these are not premium apartments. You don't get premium support. They are OK though for apartments.

Yes, rents have increased all throughout the Salt Lake region. Rents were lower after the olympics and by the end of 2006 they quickly picked up and average increase per door at the end of 2006 in all of SLC county was $133.00 per apartment home. They have even raised more in 2007. This is not property specific as it has shown proven in most apartment communities. If you look into other communities in this area you will find that our rents are actually very similar and in most cases lower then the rest. Yes, you do pay for your water/sewar/garbage. This is an allocation billing per occupant in each apartment home. Broadmoor Village pay's 20% of the bill and the remaining 80% is paid by the residents. Most other larger communities charge the same if not more. I am sorry the work orders were not getting done as they should have been. We request that you call into the office and we will prepare a work order for you. We process 90% of work orders within a 3 hour time frame! That's awesome! Sometimes if you catch a maintenance tech on the grounds of the property for a work order the paper trail is not there, that is why we request you contact the office for a work order.
