I recently bought a house and moved from Broadmoor. I lived there for 3 years and was very respectful and careful with their property. I took very good care of my apartment and when I left I did everything by the book. I went throught the list they gave me and cleaned everything. I even changed the light bulbs. Why I have no idea. I received a bill from them a week later explaining that I owed $67 still. After charging 55 for carpet cleaning (which I have no problem with) They charged me 50 for cleaning fees and 45 for painting. ($15 per wall) There had been a leak in the ceiling and some paint and drywall was damaged. I reported the problem to the office when I did my pre-movein inspection. They never fixed they paint, now I know why. They just charged me for it. It isn't the money that bothers me as much as the fact that I went out of my way to be a good tenant and be responsible in every way. They can have my $67. I am going to tell everyone I ever meet and ever will meet never to rent not only from Broadmoor but Wasatch properties. You guys give slum lords a bad name. If you are moving out, don't bother going the extra mile. It doesnt' matter.

I totally agree with this review!! I've lived here the same amount of time 2006-2008. I do have problems with people parking in my assigned spot when I come home at night. There's no number to call after hours, and the police can't do anything about it! The apartments are definitely not worth the amount they ask for. Plus, now in the evenings we get ants from our kitchen window, we are in a 3 bedroom town home off of the ground. Apparently we are not the only ones because we were added to the spraying list!
