I lived here for almost 3yrs, and have been a great tenant. however, my new lease is going up almost $300. That is completely rediculas!!! when I went to talk to them, they simply said, "we don't negotiate rent". I am in the process of finding a new apartment, for the price they want here, I can buy a house. The management is fine until you have questions or a problem, then they just ignore you.

Your statement about the office staff being fine until you have to deal with them is soo true. They put on a fake smile and greet you, but it quickly goes away if you have a problem about the apartment, the bills, and questions in general. I hope you find a better place than this one!
