I lived at Broadmoor for about six months and then broke my lease just to get out of the place. There is no insulation between the walls of the apartments so you can literally hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. The apartments are designed in such a retarded way that there is no real separation from the living room to the dinning room and you have a very, very small kitchen. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to live if you have the chance. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
