We moved in several months ago. Many maintenance problems. Other residence seam to have the same experience. When maintenance finally does attempt to "fix" an item, they leave a mess.
Beer bottles, cans and trash are left on the grounds for days. I pick up as I go because I can t stand the litter.
Old complex, expensive to cool and I assume to heat in the winter. Poor upkeep like the water controls for shower. Poorly maintinaed all the way around. (On the surface it looks good.)
