Rent is expensive. The apartments themselves aren't spacey. My AC and dryer never worked properly. A guy was killed the other day but honestly that could of happened any where but I do not feel very safe living here.

I agree with you! This place is awful. Our car was vandalized 3 times in 2 days! We don't even know anyone else who lives here. Nothing was taken, but our papers were thrown and crinkled up all over our car. There's been 2 cop visits to the building next to us in one week, from overhearing everything on my porch it was domestic disturbance. It's outrageous! These apartments claim to be a "crime free property" yeah, my a**! To top it off as mentioned above, the "gang related" murder that started in the early morning...two buildings down from us! I honestly can find nothing good to say about these apartments.

I just moved here and I should have read these before I ever set foot in this place. I've gotten a "bad vibe" ever since moving in last week, so much that I've been afraid to stay here alone (I'm a young single female and I live alone) and I guess now I know why. Does anyone know what building that murder started in? I'd really hate to find out I was living in the place where he was so brutally beaten.
