I have lived at Broadmoor Village for over 3 years and have never had a problem. Then again, I have never left my broken down car parked for the world to see. As a resident, I appreciate the management towing the cars that look bad and make my place look bad. There is nothing more embarrassing than having friends over and there being ghetto, broken cars parked next to mine. Keep up with the law and their policies and you won't have problems.
As far as the crime, I have never had problems, but I can tell you that crime happens everywhere. I lived in Rose Park before with no trouble, moved to a nice area in Sugar House and my car got stolen twice. It happens everywhere. At least the office staff does what they can. I know my criminal background was checked before I moved in. And just FYI you can have a cop or security parked here 24/7 and things could still happen. Who would you blame then'
I will say the girls in the office don't always have the answer to everything, but they are genuinely caring.
I will continue to live here until I find a house.

No offense, but this person sounds like they ARE one of the office girls. Trying to boost their percentage of rating. I know for a fact that background checks are NOT done on every resident. I've lived here for two awful years. Last year, we had a convicted sex offender living next to us. He was nice and all, but still a sex offender. He asked us if we were alright with that. And for everyone's "FYI" the manager is the only one who can demand that a cop or security person be here 24/7. Also, the office girls--are FAKE! Their attitude once you're a resident is pathetic. The cackling laugh..come on. This place is the worst place ever!

I agree. You say you have lived here for "two awful years", but ultimately you are the one signing the contract. Just because I have never had problems, doesn't mean that no one else has, and just because I love it here, doesn't mean that I am "an office girl."
I have had a great experience here and I am sorry that you haven't. I STRONGLY recommend that you move out

What the hell? Just because someone does a positive review doesn't mean you accuse or rag on them! Jerk.

I am just responding to this person who is such and antagist about life. If you are so- unhappy about living at Broadmoor. Please by all means Move. No one is going to hold you back and beg you to stay. Keep your pessimism to yourself. We have enough bad influence in this world that we do not need to be reminded again from someone who just sees things from your perspective. I will pray to never meet you and I hope that you will one day see life in a better way. Maybe get a real life working so you do not see all the bad things in the world. Hey, Maybe so some real service to some one in need.
