Worst "feature" is spring-loaded front doors, almost impossible to avoid them slamming shut, very loudly. I can hear my neighbors all too well going & coming. My upstairs neighbors I could also hear them seeming to stomp around, sounded like rearranging the furniture almost nightly. Might have been the kitchen cabinet doors slamming shut, too. Probably just inconsiderate people. Rental agreement states clearly that the units are NOT sound-proofed. Lastly on the noise subject, the stairs also transmit footsteps loudly, exacerbated by the 40ish guy on the 3rd floor who seemed to feel running up & down the stairs was a requirement.

Best feature for me was utility expenses, extremely low; I was on 2nd floor.
