We were recently married and thought Southwillow would work well for our budget and needs. The maintenance crew was very helpful and timely and the prices were pretty good. However, we were suprised to have multiple problems. We had mold in our apartment (and know of another couple that experienced the same thing), but luckily were allowed to get out of our lease due to the problems it caused. We also were unsure of a few of our neighbors and the enviornment was little to be desired. The apartments were very small and there really wasn't anything impressive about them. We now pay just $90 more and we have a nice enviornment, clean spacious apartment, garage, washer and dryer, and very little hassle. In closing out our lease it took 4-5 months to get it all taken care of (water bill which is processed through the apartments).
