If you don't mind incessant noise, rude "security", mold/mildew, and endless inconvenience, then Southwillow is perfect for you! Good luck finding a non-ghetto unit in this place. All the appliances are decades old and no doubt waste energy. Management doesn't seem to care that their tenants are bothered by noisy neighbors. They once told me they'd issue a warning, but when I checked back, that hadn't done so. They also know and acknowledge that they have a mold problem but still won't invest enough to rid the units of the problem. They just clean it off and hope for the best. Good luck in the winter with the unit windows. There are no seals, all the cold air comes in and there is endless condensation, only adding to the mold problem. Sure, if you're tight on money and desparate, this is a perfect place. But my advice to you is to do whatever it takes to get some extra cash and rent elsewhere!
