I love it and I hate it

The best things about this complex are:
The location. its a straight shot to I-215, I-15 & Bangerter Hwy which makes travel very convenient.
Its within walking distance of 2 grocery stores.
Despite all the other reviews it's actually pretty quiet. But I guess I've been lucky to have good neighbors.
They recently painted all the buildings & carports and replaced all pool furniture.
Maintenance crew is awesome! Very helpful and speedy.
Grounds are well maintained.
The worst things about this complex:
Any of the apartments with the bedroom facing redwood road. Good luck getting used to the traffic noise when you're trying to sleep. I had insomnia the whole first year.
Long walk to parking spot and not a lot of extra parking for guests.
Things I'm neutral on:
The appliances are old but they work just fine. I don't use the stove a lot so my power bills aren't outrageous. Dishwasher kind of sucks though.
Air isn't very efficient which can raise your power bill but I open the windows and turn on the fan instead.
Pool is small and has a TON of chlorine in it but I don't swim anyway.
Office staff are just so so. Not very nice not very mean either.
*Side note: of course people are going to be loud, inconciderate at times and any place that allows section 8 will have some crazies but it's an aparment complex. What else would you expect. If you don't want to put up with living in a apartment community, buy a house.
